The past two mornings I’ve skipped my daily Sbucks cappuccino in an effort to save some monies. To be honest, I’m kind of missing chatting with the baristas and sipping on a cup of piping hot, frothy milk but I know in the long run my bank account will thank me. I calculated it and I spend approximately a whopping $26 every week at Sbucks [oye, that’s gotta change]…
To fill the cappuccino void, I’ve been putting my Keurig to good use and making creamy coffees [approximately a 2:1 ratio of coffee and Silk Light Vanilla] to-go. This morning’s fuel was an apple and a PB&J bagel sandwich- such a classic, so simple, and so satisfying! Lunch was a bunch of snacky foods [veggies, fruit, string cheese, ham deli meat, crackers, a Nature Valley Dark Chocolate Granola Thin] because I wasn’t in the mood to make a real meal last night.
Last Friday Janetha from meals & moves answered 20 questions and I couldn’t help but want to do it myself… But I gotta admit, I had a really difficult time answering some of the questions and most likely will think of something I wanna add or change 10 minutes after I click “Publish” [haha]!

20. What is your greatest attribute?
I said being organized, Ryan said caring- isn’t he sweet [*sigh*]…
Ryan worked from home today because he had a morning dental appointment he was home to greet me after work. I felt exhausted all day so I decided to take a day off from the gym and opted to go for a little family walk. It was Charlie’s first walk out of the neighborhood and he had a blast- smelling every square inch of pavement, picking up anything small enough to fit into his itty-bitty mouth, and racing against Ryan [quite the sight]!
Ryan made a fire, I made us some dinner, and we’re planning to play The Game of Life and to watch the second season of Modern Family… The perfect way to welcome the weekend
