Do y’all watch the news? I watch the Today Show every morning while I’m eating breakfast, but this week I’ve had no desire to tune in. Why? Because every other segment Al Roker [I have nothing against him, he's just doing his job] has an update about Hurricane Sandy. If you haven’t heard, Hurricane Sandy is supposed to be a big bully storm that may bash the mid-Atlantic and Northeast Sunday into early next week. You can read more about it here.
BUT, there are two different models and they’re predicting two different paths… I’m in favor of whichever one says that Sandy is going to stay out to sea. I’d like to go to Kings Dominion on Sunday and I’d like for our power to stay on *fingers crossed*!

so….the chalkboard paint on the wine glasses is pretty much the most genius idea i’ve ever seen. and the best part? it looks like a craft i could actually do as opposed to most crafts on pinterest which are wayyyyy outside of my wheelhouse.
I wanna make those too! Thankfully, you can find cheap wine glasses in case it’s a Pinterest flop… I thought it would be a fun girls night in idea!

And I have wanted one of those clocks for ages! They are too cool–and would match my kitchen perfectly. How handy, right?

Also, I want those cookies, but with dark chocolate. YUM.

I’ve always wanted to go to Kings of Dominion. When the hubs & I lived in NC for 4 years, we always said we’d stop one time when we visited our family in PA.. but nope, it never happened

I don’t think we’re going to make it tomorrow, the rain is predicted to start around 8AM and just get worse as the day goes on…
