that damn charlie gets me every single time. i think it’s high time we finally met in real life. and while we’re at it, you can please make me pancakes because i don’t think there’s anyone out there who makes pancakes that look as delicious as yours. i’ll say it, i don’t care who reads it. you’re my pancake inspiration.
Don’t make me blush… Doh! And I agree that a Charlie meet and greet is long overdue – maybe when it’s warm out we can do an outdoor coffee date and I’ll bring him along?!

Boy, you had some scrumptious looking foods this month! Those cinnamon chickpeas looks delicious. And I love the eggs . . . and the lentils . . . and the bowls of veggies . . . and the FRUIT. It all just looks so good.
Mmm, you just reminded me how tasty that lentil scramble with bell peppers was – too bad I don’t have any lentils at home to make it tonight!

Anddd I’m not sure which picture you’re referring to because I haven’t made anything in the slow cooker for ages [but have been meaning to!]… Maybe it’s the Garden Lites Veggie Soufflé? It’s super simple – buy it frozen and microwave it for 3 min

February was filled with a lot of good food but one thing that comes to mind was an Angel cake with strawberries (much more elaborate than it sounds) that my mom’s friend made- to die for!

The coffee and fig flavors are tied for first IMO – love them both!
I love those Good Beans roasted chickpeas! I’ve only tried the cracked pepper ones so far, but I have a bag of the cinnamon ones in my cupboard that I can’t wait to open.
The best thing I ate this month? Ahh that’s hard! Probably either the prosciutto and balsamic shallot pizza I had on Friday or my sister’s homemade nut-free baklava.
The pepper and cinnamon were my fave! That pizza sounds absolutely heavenlyyy – I’d like a slice or two, please and thank you
